  11. ive got this modem and no way can i communicte with it but  during a
  12. fight with irqs etc this script popped up from the sportster now i
  13. don't no if this unit is a 14.4k or 28.8k unit but its all surface
  14. mounts 
  15. MODEM FIRMWARE IS CORRUPTED
  16. FIRMWARE DOWNLOAD IS NESSACERY

  18. acording to a frind who gave me it he says its 28.8k and ran perfect
  19. on his win95 pc
  20. the only n#s on board pcb chips are:
  21. 19.514 (c)usr   110195 b353   on a am29f400at chip
  22. dsp 16-912
  23. and thats it apart from chip n#s
  24. so what is it and better still how do i cure the fault and where do i
  25. get this firmware upgrade from 
  26. ive got full eeprom/eprom surface and dil mount programming gear here
  27. is ness
